In this course, Salih Abdul-Karim, the Design Lead at Airbnb, will share his knowledge and tips and tricks on creating Lottie animations and the essential tools you need to get started. In addition, you will have a complete overview of the LottieFiles platform and its opportunities.
Salih will walk you through the “Animation Principles” – easing, anticipation, follow through and overlap, secondary action, and how to put these foundations to use.
Finally, we will dig into the details of creating micro-interactions like hearts, switches, or buttons and understanding how to create interactive walkthroughs, work with images, expressions, and dynamic properties. You will also learn how to use your favorite vector assets in Adobe After Effects CC.
By the end of this course, you will have successfully created your first Lottie animation and gotten a good understanding of animation techniques and principles.
